Unfortunately not, we do not do refund once you the service is activated.

We suggest you activate your plan before your trip begins because activation requires an internet connection. Please also make sure you have good internet connectivity during the activation. Any disconnection during the process may result in activation failure.

1. Make sure your device is unlocked. eSIM is not available for any locked device or contracted device. Please contact your carrier for more information about unlocking your device.

2. If you fail to activate your eSIM at an unlocked device, please contact us at service@.....com for further assistance.

DO NOT delete your eSIM if your plan still has data left. Any false deletion on activated eSIM will not be refunded.

iPhone:

1. Go to Settings -> Cellular

2. Select cellular plans you want to remove and have it removed.

Pixel:

1. Go to Settings ->Network & internet -> Mobile network

2. Select cellular plans you want to erase and have it erased.

For Samsung:

1. Go to Settings -> Connections

2. Select cellular plans you want to remove and have it removed

eSIMs cannot be moved between devices.

Once an eSIM is added to a device, the SIM profile is loaded on that device and the one time QR code is no longer valid.

There is currently no method for moving an eSIM from one device to another device as the codes used take into account the unique ID of each phone.

If you have a new device your best option is to plan ahead using all the credit and data balance of your eSIM, then purchase a new eSIM for your new device.
